VNC Tunnel on MAC is so slow

Hello everyone!
I managed to make a VNC tunnel to my mac, it works and I can access it but it’s so slow, it actually moves fast but the picture delays a lot to come to the browser.
So is there a way to improve it?

Hello

I use also VNC on 2 Mac’s (Macbook Pro M1 Pro / Ventura) and (MacMini 3 GHz Intel / Sonoma) and both are very slow. I don’t know is Cloudflare the problem or my mac’s. But at that speed I can’t use it.
