My visitor’s IP addresses go through Cloudflare’s IP addresses not the original IP. I installed CentOS 7 and Bitrix ENV Virtual machine. I tried a few tips but didn’t help. On the screenshot, it recognized my IP as 162.158.63.116 if I update the page it shows different IP.
It looks like your server isn’t configured to restore visitor IP addresses:
