Please help because I really need to visit that site
The 502/504 errors are caused by a problem connecting to an upstream server - meaning your server is trying to initiate a process and this fails to work as expected or times out. In most cases of 502 / 504 errors, back-end servers are not communicating correctly. You’ll need contact the website owner; whatever it is, it’s a problem on their end. Cloudflare shows a friendly error message, but the error isn’t actually coming from Cloudflare–it’s just showing the error sent to it by the website.

We’re just other Cloudflare customers; we have no way of doing that. You’ll need to find some way to contact them on your own.
