Viewing API Key Issues

I go here: and click ‘View’ for the global API key.

Enter my password and captcha and then get the error: "Please verify your email. (Code: 1211) " yet there is no field to enter email.

Anyone else experiencing this? I’ve tried a few different browsers.

May I ask have you tried using a different Web browser?

I cannot replicate this in my Firefox.
Works fine for me.

Furthermore, is your e-mail address associated with your Cloudflre account verified? If not then I would recommend going through the verification process.

May I ask if you are able to check that the e-mail has not gone into your junk or spam folder and that you can generally receive emails?

If you try again and still don’t receive it, kindly, I’d suggest you to write a ticket to Cloudflare support due to your account and/or domain issue and share the ticket number here with us so we could escalate this issue:

  • Login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support by clicking on the Get More Help button. If you get automatic reply, reply and indicate to it you need more help and reference to this topic
  • Or send an an e-mail to support[at]cloudflare[dot]com from your e-mail associated with your Cloudflare account
