Videos only available in low (480 or below) resolution

Yesterday I uploaded three test videos, and I’ve been waiting ever since to be able to watch them in anything above 480p on the default embed player.

All three videos were 1080p uploads, and none of them even offer 720p. I uploaded another video earlier that was a non-standard size just below 1080, and I can watch it on 720.

Here’s the ID of one of the videos that isn’t working:

My goal is to get 1080. What do I need to do? Why isn’t it working?

My apologies. I made a mistake in creating my test files, and they were not high res, like I thought.
