Videos of over 40 minutes don't finish processing

Hey all,

I have an issue with processing videos of over 40 minutes.

Here is some background:

  1. We have all of our videos encoded the same (over 60k minutes), and split to videos of 5m-2h.
  2. I’m uploading all of our videos using the URL method (providing URL to CF and it pulls it).
  3. Videos are in 720p (1280x720px)
  4. Videos up to 40 minutes go through processing.
  5. Videos over 40ish minutes get stuck at ~70% processing and times out, resulting in “Error” - see images.
  6. I’ve tried uploading several videos through the API + Web panel, same result.

Hi @renan,

I actually managed to find a solution for this - I ran all my videos through ffmpeg for error checking and it worked, so I assumed the issue was on my end.

That said, I will definitely take an older video and push it to CF, I’ll send you the information if you’d like to track it and see if it fixed our issue or if it’s still an outstanding one.
