all the uploaded videos have disappeared.
May I ask if you haven’t paid the subscription on time, or was it over time? 
Otherwise, could you provide more feedback information?
Have you checked Audit Logs just in case for any clue?
Did you manage to create a ticket for the Support team? If so, could you please share the ticket number here with us so we could escalate this.

Hi, yes we didn’t pay the subscription on time.
Due to the holidays we did not receive the notification by email.
This caused us to lose all our work done in 1 year.
I ask you for kindness if possible in any way to recover what was lost.
For us it would be very important to save all our work.

How overdue is your payment? Stream will keep the video for 30 days, then should return them if you renew before then.
