What is the issue you’re encountering

Hey everyone, I’m hoping someone here might be able to help or point me in the right direction. I’ve already created 2 support tickets with Cloudflare but haven’t received any response yet. Our videos have suddenly disappeared from Cloudflare Stream, even though we still have an active plan. It’s really frustrating since these videos are essential for our service, and we can’t figure out why they’ve vanished. Has anyone else experienced something similar? If so, how did you resolve it, or is there another way to get in touch with Cloudflare support more effectively?
