Videos are buffering when try to do fast forwarding, Video starts directly when the link is called. Which is great. One day later the video starts with a slight delay. Fast-forwarding the videos is only possible with long waiting times.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
I am using a domain and CDN at Cloudflare to provide/stream videos from a local server for external users even faster and more efficiently.
For this we use appropriate redirects to use permanent links for already embedded videos.
