Hi, I am experiencing very slow page loads, as a visitor with QUIC HTTP/3 enabled on sites that use Cloudflare. I am located in Montreal and my ISP is AS5769 Videotron Telecom Ltee. Images load exeptionally slow, as if I was on a dial-up connection.
Disabling QUIC in Chrome flags downgrades my connection to HTTP/2 and pages load normally. If I disable IPv6 on my NIC the issue dissapears as well.
I also tried WARP with QUIC enabled in Chrome which loads normally. I also tried tethering to my phone on Rogers LTE which also works fine. My issue only persists on my home Videotron connection when IPv6 is enabled. Perhaps there is an issue between Cloudflare and Videotron?
