Very Poor Customer Service

We have been a paying customer of Cloudflare since 2018.

On June the 6th I had an email stating that: "The Cloudflare account associated with this email address has been suspended for a possible Terms of Service violation.

I have opened a ticket about this and got told: “We’ve escalated this request onto our Trust and Safety Team for review. Trust and Safety will reach out to you soon, and will help to address your request.”

Sadly 10 days later no one has bothered to reach out to me which I think is very poor… I understand we are only a small business paying for a few services, however it would be nice to know what, if anything we are supposed to have done and how to get any potential issues resolved.

I have used Cloudflare for other projects in the past dating back to 2011 when you used to send Christmas cards to all your customers and never once had a issue like this until now.
