Very high latencies to Cloudflare Mumbai

used to be 1-2ms, now it’s 70 for desktop and show’s up as 100+ for cellular device.
causing slow dns lookup and web performance.
routing seems to be the usual via De-Cix Mumbai.

Can you run the following command from multiple ISP you have access to?

dig example.com @1.1.1.1 +nsid

replace example.com with any domain name

Thanks

I would like to but unfortunately I do not have access to Linux.
Also the issue seems to be fixed now, I think it must be due to overload of traffic, causing slow down.
Or just De-cix servers not fast enough to forward/process traffic.

No worries, thanks for clarifying. There might be some some regular maintenance and/or automatic traffic re-routing to maintain datacenter ‘healthiness’

use www.yourdomain.com/cdn-cgi/trace when this happens, it will probably show you were not hitting Mumbai
