My last date is 24 of each month on 25 i request to cancel pro subscription but they said you have to pay for next whole month just for 1 day late why? I try many way to contact support submit case but no one reply there and now they disable all my domains pro status all are free status now and i not able to use pro option as well what a ■■■■ support cloudflare and ■■■■ option for cancel

May I ask if you’ve followed the instructions to disable and cancel your subscription for Pro plan as from below article? The alternative is to cancel the current plan. Cancellations are only processed by the end of the billing period, so your plan will not be downgraded.
