We have a website hosted on Godaddy www.innoceti.com.br, we are experiencing difficulty renewing the SSL certificate as it informs us that the current certificate belongs to Cloudflare, we are unaware of any type of link with Cloudflare, could you actually analyze the certificate belongs to Cloudflare.

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

Your domain isn’t using a Cloudflare account itself, but is using a Godaddy IP address that is routed through Cloudflare’s AS209242.

This sometimes comes up and seems to be Godaddy using Cloudflare for one of their hosting services or IP space.
