I see ReCaptcha on the page. Recaptcha is a Googe service… and not something provided by Cloudflare.

This is EITHER from your WordPress hosting provider or a WordPress security plugin you’re using. The Litespeed webserver software (which your site uses) has such a feature: reCAPTCHA Protection in LiteSpeed Web Server | LiteSpeed Documentation

This is not related to Cloudflare at all.
