I am migrating web hosts from Bluehost to NameHero. How can I verify that the migration and DNS changes have been successful? NameHero can’t tell me because my DNS records point to Cloudflare. What would I need to look at to confirm/verify the successful migration?
If you changed the DNS entry in the Cloudflare Dashboard you are most definitely set. You could also make a small change, even a comment, on any HTML page and verify it’s there (beware of caching,if you have changed the defaults).
Thanks for replying. Do you mean that I can make a small change on an HTML page as in to go into cPanel file manager through my new host and change something? And see if that change shows up on the published site?
I changed all the DNS A records and some SRV records but not others, as I wasn’t directed to. Just want to make sure all this was sufficient before my data is gone from the old host forever.

Great, I saw that the change was published after changing the file in cPanel. It sounds like there’s nothing else I need to verify so I am all good to go. Thank you, I appreciate the help.
