That’s really odd. Are you using any caching methods like “cache everything” or APO and cleared the cache? Based on what I know, the issues you’re experiencing might be related to the language preference of your current browser. Unless someone else from the community can provide more insights, it shouldn’t be happening.
Another suggestion would be to reach out to Cloudflare directly by opening a ticket. However, keep in mind that their response time might be a bit longer unless you have a business or enterprise plan.

This one is correct.
If you are unhappy with the language, you need to consult your browser’s documentation for how to change the Accept-Language header that it provides to websites you’re visiting.

“Add all the languages that you know” from there could be relevant.
