Have tried the Send verification email about 10 times?
I am not getting the email, email is working as I was able
get the verification email from this community?
Got this response, can not create a support ticket as I can not validate my account !!!
Thanks for writing to Cloudflare Support.
In order to reach the Cloudflare Technical Support team, please open a ticket directly through the Cloudflare dashboard by following these steps:
- Log in to your Cloudflare account and click on ‘Support’ → ‘Help Center’ in the top right corner, which will take you to our Help Center.
- Click on your name in the top right corner, and in the drop down menu select ‘My Activities & Requests’.
- Scroll to the bottom of the ‘My Requests’ page and click ‘Submit a request’ to create a Support ticket.
Sorry for the issues @tarpit.grover, please reply back to the email you received and tell the engineer about the issue you’re having. I see your account and a zone pending name server update.
I see that dig & whois return different nameserver results, but neither are cloudflare name servers. This is the necessary first step and the change must be done with your domain registrar, not your host, not with cloudflare.
Hi
Have replied to the email.
FYI my email address is not on the domain
I have added to cloudflare
OK, I see ticket 1761640 and 1761648. Ticket 1761648 is the one you’ve most recently created and I’d keep conversation in that ticket. I’ll add some details and post back in a bit.
I don’t see issues with your email address but the engineer will let you know if there is a question once they get into your ticket. I saw the comment about verification email, is that account verification that you’re having issues with? (And, can you confirm the email address you’re writing from is the one associated with the zone, the one you’re using to contact support, and the same that you’re using to post here?)
Hi
Have got a response on ticket 1761648, hopefully will be sorted soon.
Yes it is the account verification that is the problem.
Yes the email is the one associated with the zone.
Just got this from support, does Cloudflare send emails from a different domain?
If not how would I receive the ticket update, but not the verification email?
Have just checked with our email admin and cloudflare.com is whitlisted in our email?

Checking the logs with our email provider, apparently we have no issues sending to you but it was your email that was consistently bouncing.
