We have a free account and trying to setup an account but the verification email isn’t arriving to us. It arrived fine for setting up access to this forum. 
So anyone have an idea how I can get this to work? Can I contact support?
We can help, is it the same email you are using here? If so, I can see the bounces and have cleared those and sent you a verification email, let us know if that clears up the issue. Sorry for the trouble.
