I never receive the verification email for the primary Cloudflare account

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Thoroughly checked that the email isn’t arriving (in the audit log of all emails to our domain)

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  • Log in to Cloudflare
  • Go to my Profile
  • Send and resend Verification email
  • Check the email server audit log (nothing arrived)

I need to activate 2FA for which I need to verify my email address.

Sorry for the issues @richarson & @nlmnz, I see the bounced emails and took steps to correct for that. Can you each try again and let us know if you still encounter the issue?

Now having a similar issue (not receiving a password reset email) for another account in our domain (gs1support).

Hi @cloonan. I’m not sure why my direct reply bounced. The email account not receiving the password reset link this time is gs1support@(the same domain as the nlmnz account).

Thanks, I was able to verify my email and activate 2FA now.
