Verification email not arriving again

Hi, so signed up for an account a couple of hours ago, no verification emails arrive. I manage email for the domain and ran a message trace and nothing has been sent in, so not been spammed.

Registered on the community here and the verification email arrives instantly, clearly an issue with cloudflare. Highly embarrassing because I am trying to get a client to sign up to move their domain but it seems cloudflare can’t even send an email.

Hi @susie1, sorry for the issues, I suspect this is related to a current incident, Cloudflare Status - Cloudflare Dashboard and Cloudflare API service issues and I do not see bounced emails to the account you are using here.

Hi, so 3 hours later we get 8 emails. So they were obviously queues up somewhere. Thanks.

Still unable to verify as the link had expired in all the emails, this whole experience has been terrible for the client and I look like an idiot for recommending them.
It does not make cloudflare infrastructure look robust if emails are delayed for 3 hours.

Agree, we are trying to do better. I show the deliveries from a few hours ago.
