Verification email never arrives even though password reset and community does

What is the name of the domain?

What is the error number?

No error. I get no email.

What is the issue you’re encountering

Cannot get verification email sent to verify the account

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Looked through message trace. I can email the email address just fine outside the domain. Sent a password reset and that worked. Verified the account to create this post and that worked also
