I’m trying to transfer a domain to Cloudflare. CF sends an email which asks me to click a link to verify my email. I do so and get the message “Oops! This link isn’t valid.”. I’ve tried multiple browsers. I’ve tried incognito mode.
I see that there is a thread for exactly this issue from back in August '22 but no solution was given.
I registered a new domain with Cloudflare and it’s sending me a verification email to verify the contact information, but every time I click on the verification link I get the following error message: “Oops! This link isn’t valid. Go to the domain page to resend a verification email.” I have tried from Incognito windows as well as FF Private browsing windows to no avail. I have had multiple emails sent and they all produce the same results. Looking for any help or advice.
I have submitted a ticket. The first response I got was that my email address was, in fact, verified and that I should ignore the error. I got another response today that the issue was being escalated.
