Verification Email Issue

Hello,

I’ve received emails from CloudFlare for marketing, community updates, etc. I even got one when I signed up here. But I am not getting anything to verify my email for the actual dashboard area. When I try to send a ticket I get an error that my email isn’t verified lol

I have checked my spam folder. Waited days. Rinse and repeat.
It worked fine with a Microsoft account I had but my business account is with Google Workspace.
Its not blacklisted.

Any suggestions?

May I ask if you have tried sending an an e-mail to support[at]cloudflare[dot]com from your e-mail associated with your Cloudflare account?

Later on, you could post a ticket number here when you get it.

I didn’t realize that was option for those who already have an account. I will give that a try. Thank you!
