I’ve honestly tried more than 50 times - made another new account to see if it’s the problem with this account. But yeah, Cloudflare is simply not sending me verification emails. I also checked my spam folder.
I did a quick search for this problem and looks like - Cloudflare doesn’t like to give any concern about this problem as people have been complaining about this issue since 2018.
What are the steps to reproduce the error:
- Create a New Account
- Click on ‘Send verification email’
Have you tried from another browser and/or incognito mode?
I can see in my profile that “Cloudflare may not send me emails”. However, I never declined to receive emails, so I don’t know where that came from. And the “Edit” button is greyed out, so I cannot change it either. It may be related to the API outages (I’ve been seeing lots of failed API requests when trying to sign in or navigate the dashboard).
That EDIT Button is greyed out for me as well.
The red warning that we see at the bottom may be due to the Server Down issue. But the button being greyed out is what the Cloudflare team made manually.
Being such a large corporate - such stupid email delivery errors, and such long outages, not sure what they are doing on their end.
