I do not reeccieve the verification e-mail.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Hi. We need to verify the e-mail adress in order to be able to update the e-mail adress of the account to the clients e-mail.

We have a catch-all e-mail adress for our domain that would catch the temporary e-mail we used upon creation of the account. However we did not reccieve the verification e-mail, and therefore not able to verify the account, so we can change the e-mail.

For the cloudflare comunity i did however reccieve the verification e-mail for this.

Can you help me how i can verify and update the e-mail of the account, when i am unable to reccieve the e-mail verificaiton e-mail?

Yes, two different systems are used for cases just like this.

I show emails as delivered to the email that holds that domain in their account. You may want to contact your email provider to troubleshoot. At that same time, please ensure the following addresses are on the allowlist at your origin mail server: [email protected] and [email protected]
