UV Numbers Displaying For Wrong Website in CF Dashboard

What is the name of the domain?

nftinsider.io

What is the issue you’re encountering

My Cloudflare (CF) dashboard is displaying traffic incorrectly (see attached image). Basically the dashboard is displaying the wrong traffic volume for the wrong website. Its the wrong way around. The 28k traffic volume is actually for the other website I have here. This has resulted in the homepage for nftinsider to display just a blank white page, yet the rest of the website works perfectly. Is this is CF bug?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Contact hosting provider. They seem to suggest its a problem with the A Name record not pointing to them correctly, however, I checked and it is. My initial thought is that as well as CF not displaying the traffic correectly, its actually somehow got the 2 websites mixed up, and is therefore displaying the incorrect dns/a name records. In saying that, I have little to no tech experience with matter such as this. Can somebody pls help? would be much appreciated.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

I don’t know

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Screenshot of the error

for your other domain in the account, it appears that all the A and CNAME records have been set to DNS-Only. This is the expected behavior, meaning the HTTP requests will bypass Cloudflare and go directly to your origin server. As a result, no traffic will be captured by Cloudflare, and you won’t see any data in your dashboard analytics. Zone Analytics | Cloudflare Analytics docs

For nftinsider.io, there are some DNS records have been configured with proxied. This ensures that the traffic is routed through Cloudflare and is captured in your dashboard analytics. For detailed information on proxy status, you can refer to the documentation here: Proxy status | Cloudflare DNS docs
