Using wrong DNS Name Server leads to domain can't be recognized by cloudflare

What is the name of the domain?

bittensors.pro

What is the issue you’re encountering

I made a mistake when filling in the cloudflare domain name server at the original domain name registrar. I wrote vicky.ns.cloudflare.com and annabel.ns.cloudflare.com, but cloudflare assigned me danica.ns.cloudflare.com and hasslo.ns.cloudflare.com. Now the registration and management of this domain name (bittensors.pro) on cloudflare has failed, and the original domain name registrar cannot modify it because the NS Server has already pointed to cloudflare.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

Nameservers

You’ll need to change to the danica and hasslo nameservers as allocated by Cloudflare at your domain registrar. Nameservers cannot be changed at the Cloudflare end for security reasons.

Thanks for reply. But the domain registrar can’t operater because the NS server is not belong to it.
Now at the ICANN, ICANN Lookup, this domain is now controlled by cloudflare.
here is info at ICANN Lookup

I think you are confused. This message probably means your registrar is telling you that you can’t use their DNS as the domain is delegated to Cloudflare. This is correct. But what you need to do is change the authorative nameservers for your domain (the nameservers set at the registry for your domain) to the 2 new allocated ones, and that can only be done through your domain registrar.

At registar UI, it shows can’t operator because the NS server is not controlled by it. And I can’t change NS server by default.Let me try to connect its support team. Thanks again.

You’re at the wrong place.

Think about it this way: if what you’re saying were to be true, it would imply that you’re stuck with Cloudflare forever: that you can NEVER change the nameservers to another service provider or even back to your registrar or whatever it used to be.

Do you really think this is the case? Fortunately, no! You should be able to change a domain’s nameservers at any time to any provider of your choice.

And if you can change the nameservers to another provider or back to your registrar’s default nameservers, then you can also change it to a different pair of nameservers from Cloudflare.

The place that you went to the first time to change the nameservers to Cloudflare, that’s the same place you should go to change it the second time. This is NOT the same screen where you manage DNS records for the domain.
