Using website to connect users with app, need to circumnavigate JS country challenges without reducing website security

Hello -

We have an app that has a public and private view.
Users access the private view through an invitation AWS SES email that uses our website domain.

Currently 5 countries are listed to receive a JS Challenge on Cloudflare. Browsers can complete this but the email API cannot, therefore potential private app users from these 5 listed countries cannot access the private app download environment.

Is there a way, in Free Tier Cloudflare
a) turning off the JS challenges for these countries
b) keeping the challenges but allowing the API to circumnavigate it somehow

Thank you for your advice!
