We’re trying to setup text.domain.com (notice just domain.com - not THEdomain.com) with Klaviyo SMS. This is so we can send text messages with a link like text.domain.com/[string] (to save three letters of “the”) even though our main domain is thedomain.com.
Klaviyo recommends setting up cname record with name “text” for domain.com to sms-custom-domains.klaviyo.com but this setup that is resulting in an infinite loop that never gets redirected to a domain at thedomain.com.
