Using proxied dns record prevent access to my website for some regions and isps

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Using none proxied dns record, but i will have a problem with the tls
Mean while, i’m using load balancer from Cloudflare and still no more reported issues, but that shouldn’t be required

Where are you seeing these problems?

The TLS issue is something you will need to fix on your own server (the server behind Cloudflare).

There are unfortunately some ISP’s out there, that are very bad, and are blocking all from individual IP addresses, to large ranges of IP addresses, from time to time.

In these case(s), the only thing you can do, is to contact your ISP(s) for further remediation.
