Using pro subscription but being asked to upgrade to pro

Just got CloudFlare configured and I purchased a pro subscription. There are features I’d like to take advantage of using the pro package, but when trying to access them, I’m being asked to Upgrade To Pro. I’d like to use the WAF black and IP block. I double checked my subscription and verified I am on Pro. The billing department has also verified.

It might take some time for the upgrade to become active, but should it still not be active in a couple of hours you, then should simply open a support ticket.

Thanks for your reply. I did not purchase this recently… I purchased it on 12/31/2020. Also, my subscription says I have pro activated.


In that case I’d open a support ticket now.
