Using GT Metrix with Cloudflare

Hey Guys,

I’m trying to get accurate performance scores via GT Metrix. GT Metrix doesn’t recognise CF out of the box but does give you the opportunity to add a HOSTNAME or CDN details in the user preferences. However, help guides on CF suggest there’s no such thing as a host domain name available.

Is it possible to use GT Metrix with CF accounted for? If so, how?

The hostname of the “CDN” is your very own website in this case. However I would not put too much emphasis on this score. There can be a few good recommendations, but there is no point in following it dogmatically.
