We want to know if using GoDaddy as our website host, and Cloudflare as our DNS will cause issues with the GoDaddy Managed WordPress Ultimate package

May I ask if you’ve already tried contacting GoDaddy directly about if there is an account with your domain or email address?
Have you tried following the procedure of possible forgotten password at GoDaddy?
Personally, I don’t see an issue. If GoDaddy has SSL certificate, you’re good to go.
