You don’t unless you want to write a chrome extension of some kind I suppose.
Neither Chrome or Firefox support DoT. However, you can use DoH just like you would with DoT. It does the same thing (encrypt DNS connections), but with a different protocol and port.
If you want to use DoT, consider using a desktop program that supports it or set it up on your router if it supports it (that’s what I’ve done).
