Using Cloudflare Tunnel for SMB

What is the name of the domain?

smb.example.com

What is the issue you’re encountering

I have a NAS drive that I want to connect to using Cloudflare Tunnel over SMB. I have another VPN so I don’t want to use WARP, but the other option (cloudflared access) requires running a command/shortcut every time I want to connect. Is there a way to have a network drive mounted persistently?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Right now I’m using a terminal multiplexer to run the “cloudflared access” command in the background. But I still have to start it up manually.

No, the two ways you described are the only ways to use Cloudflare Tunnels with SMB.

Unless you have an Enterprise plan and can use Cloudflare Spectrum with “Local Traffic Management”, that is.
