Using Cloudflare to geo-protect Jellyfin/Emby/Plex server?

Let me start by saying: I do not mean to circumvent any Cloudflare limitation.

  • I want to disable all optimization and only use the WAF (firewall) functionality.
  • The server is exposed to public, and would run under a sub-domain. For example: jelly.server.org

Can I do this somehow?
Like…
I can put Jellyfin :443 and :80 port and direct Cloudflare there via a sub-domain. But will this violate the TOS?

Ps.: I tried using geo-ip block/allowlist via iptables but the geoip databases are a huge mess in general. Maxmind is especially a hot mess. I really wish there was a public, easily accessible geoip database.
