support fixed it, a dnssec issue it seems… I would be curious to know the reason…

Agreed. The DNS end has the record, but the .net zone (parent) doesn’t have the DS records. I don’t know how long it takes for that end to take effect, but for now, it’s not there.

still not working according to the dns section, it should be 1 hour
DNSSEC is pending while we wait for the DS to be added to your registrar. This usually takes ten minutes, but can take up to an hour.
Add another reply to that ticket. Then someone should look at it soon.
