Can’t figure out how to setup image resizing for our website

Purhcased the monthly subscription to cloudeflare image resizing
but can’t figure out how to automate whatever image is required from the site and is not the correct size, for it to take it from the size and resize it for the next time it is requiremd
is that something that is even possible
if it is what plugin what be needed to do it and is there a tuttorial avaialbleonline or a video that ic an follow to set it up
at the moment our website is a wordpress website that is using the cloudflare plugin to connect to cloudflare, but it does not have seemed to pulled any iamges to resize them, which is what i thought would happen
