My hosting company offered Cloudflare for free and I activated it. Is there a Universal SSL seal that can be displayed on my website? If not, would an SSL seal be available for display if ordering the dedicated SSL certificate?

I had SSL before activating Cloudflare. It was with GlobalSign. The html that was displaying the seal no longer worked after activating Cloudflare. When I contacted GlobalSign about it, they indicated that the certificate is with Digicert and out of their scope.
To answer your question, there’s no Universal SSL seal. They’re on the level of an alarm company sign on the front lawn. If someone wants to see if a site has SSL, that’s what the padlock is for:
