Do you mean account notifications and other messages relating to your Cloudflare account? Cloudflare’s mail system does track bounces and other problems, and will then stop sending messages to protect Cloudflare’s mail reputation.

I suggest you contact Support and let them know which email address of yours isn’t receiving messages.
