Users reporting Website is not loading

My website Scoreboard Soccer - hosted by Cloudflare is down. Many users are telling me the site won’t load or are getting error messages. Strangely for some the site still works.

Your website is not hosted by Cloudflare. Have you ever got a bill from Cloudflare?

Your site is hosted by another provider that uses Cloudflare’s services in their infrastructure (perhaps INSTRA.COM). It is this provider… the company you’re paying, that’s hosting your site. And they’re the ones you should contact if you suspect your hosting has issues.

In any case, your site works fine for me.

If the problem persists for some of your users, I’ll recommend that you ask one of those users having a problem to send you a full-page screenshot so you’ll see the error message they’re seeing to help you troubleshoot the problem.

Thanks for getting back to me George. Attached are some pictures I’ve been sent from users.

I paid Glide Experts to create the site using Glide Apps (powered by google) and the domain name was purchased via Europe Registry. Both are saying I need to speak to the website host. I’m very lost! I am useless with this kind of stuff. doesn’t use Cloudflare for DNS

$ dig NS	86400	IN	NS	86400	IN	NS	86400	IN	NS

Although the A record is that of a Cloudflare IP

$ dig	86400	IN	A

So where is the site hosted? What platform do you use?

Thanks for trying to help. The site was created by Glide Apps (powered by google) and I purchased the domain via Europe Registry. Does this help?

I see an Error 1001 DNS resolution error when I visit There is no SSL certificate for the www subdomain so is not accessible. redirects to but this has a SSL PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR.

Are there DNS records in a Cloudflare zone that you have access to?

Sorry I don’t understand

Do you have a Cloudflare account?
If you do, and you log in, does this domain appear as a zone?

As @GeorgeAppiah alluded to, whois shows DNS is with Instra

$ whois
Name Server:
Name Server:
Name Server:

However, dig shows different

$ dig NS	86400	IN	NS	86400	IN	NS	86400	IN	NS

Turns out appears it is part of Instra

And these IP addresses are Cloudflare IPs.

$ dig	86400	IN	A 86400	IN	A

In short (again as @GeorgeAppiah mentioned) hosting is not with Cloudflare. Do you have a monthly bill that you pay (possibly by credit card)?

This is nothing to do with Cloudflare. You need to figure out who you are paying for hosting and speak to them.

I guess this could be Europe Registry?

Likely they are only a domain registry and not a hosting provider. You should know the setup for your own site.

I pay Glide Apps to run the site, have spoken to them but they say the issue is not from their side.

If you are paying them, then they should either fix it or know who you need to contact in order to fix it. Clearly you don’t know much about your own site which I find astounding. If Glide can’t help, you best find and pay a professional to help you.
