Hello, @abdulsalam!
I’ve tested your domain using different machines in Africa, and I didn’t experience any issues. This doesn’t mean, of course, your website’s visitors are not having the issues they reported to you.
It’s difficult to say for certain, but these issues are usually caused by user’s local networks or by their ISPs. A HAR file could help you to understand your user’s experience and bring more clarity on this issue.
In case one or more ISPs are blocking Cloudflare IPs or interfering in name resolution for your domain in any capacity, as a possible workaround, you could ask your visitors to test Cloudflare WARP while you reach out to these ISPs and ask them to unblock Cloudflare IPs in that region which are assigned to your domain.
Other alternatives besides asking your website’s visitors to use Cloudflare WARP would be temporarily pausing Cloudflare or by disabling proxy on DNS records while you try to sort that out with those ISPs. It’s important to note, however, that by pausing Cloudflare or disabling proxy on DNS records, you won’t be able to use Cloudflare services such WAF, rules, Analytics, etc.
Hope you’re able to find the root cause of this issue soon, and to fix it. Thank you!
The page you shared loads 88MB worth of content. Yes, I imagine users in Africa who are primarily on mobile and who have very limited bandwidth have issues loading the pages.
