User is unable to log in because MFA was never setup.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have a user is unable to log into Cloudflare. After the user was setup, MFA was turned on. She states that she never setup MFA on here account. I have tried removing this user account and adding it again, but that does nothing. I have even removed the MFA requirement, but she still is not able to log in.
I have open cased 01045010 last week, but have not been contacted for assistance with this case. I noticed the case was created again the wrong account. But when I open a new case and select the correct account, it is still created against the same wrong account. I’m at a loss of what to do here.
