I’m attempting to invite a user to my account and they are not receiving the invite.
I deleted the invite and tried again and still no luck.

Hi @simon17, sorry for the issue. I’m assuming the user checked junk and spam? If they find the mail there, whitelist our email address to prevent it from happening again.
Beyond that, if the mail was sent (probably was) and we receive a rejection, we temporarily place the address on a blocklist. Support would need to manually remove the address from that list. If you login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support, let them know the address and they’ll suss out what happened. Again, sorry for the issue.
