Hello, when a user tries to access my site from mexico and gets routed via the Queretaro POP, they are unable to connect to my site with a 522 timeout error. No other POP has the issue and is able to connect. It’s an error 100% of the time for the user, but when the user connects to a VPN, they are able to access it. There are no firewall rules or rate limit blocking anything on the server, the server has plenty of capacity to handle the request and no known network issues are present.
