I can access the website completely fine, however an important friend of mine attempting to view the site from Egypt is only able to access atomlabs.ie, and not panel.atomlabs.ie, or any of my other sub-domains. I am able to visit the site perfectly fine, with no issues whatsoever, even when away from my servers.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I’ve attempted to modify DNS settings and toggling Cloudflare’s proxies, and even trying to add the applicable DNS records using my website registrar with no luck.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Simply visit panel.atomlabs.ie, and it may fail depending on where you are. (probably)
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED means that the DNS request for a resource timed out and NXDOMAIN stands for non-existent domain. Together, these messages mean that the DNS query for a specific resource could not locate an associated domain.
Though visitors sometimes encounter this error — or similarly worded messages from Safari, Edge, or Firefox — because of network or local DNS issues, it might point to an issue with your DNS records in Cloudflare.
I changed it to a different IP for a known working web-server, and he was able to view my test page via that domain, however how come he can’t view my normal page from his location, even though i can even when away from my network/servers?
