User billing verification

I have registered a domain today then cloudflare emails me saying i have to verify my identity failure to which they will cancel my domain,and the link has expired,where do i find another?

I show your email address as verified. I suspect the email you received was to verify the transaction. Can you respond to that email? If so, can you reply and indicate the link you received is expired? If it’s from a no-reply email, can you please create a ticket with Support, select Registrar Registrar as the ticket type and share the ticket number here so that we can flag it for our colleagues on the Billing team.
