We have an application setup on Zero Trust to allow certain emails and IPs. We now need to allow access for a specific user agent. Is this possible via Zero Trust? Or what is the best way to go about this. We cannot use WAF rules cause we need the ‘allow emails’ functionality for the application.
What is the best way to now incorporate a policy for User Agents?
Unfortunately, there is no option in the Zero Trust dashboard to allow acces to applications based on User Agents.
You could try to create the rule on WAF and continue to use the allow emails function in the Cloudflare Access dashboard. The WAF should be able to block traffic to your site if they don’t meet the User Agent rule.
