i set ssl cloud on my website but ssl cheker show

  • Server Type : cloudflare
  • Issuer : R3
  • Expiring In : 89 Days
    after see problem check Edge Certificates cloud i see cloud use Let’s Encrypt how can fix this problem i need use just ssl cloudflare

It looks like your SSL at Cloudflare is working. It’s not a problem, but if you want the other certificate that Cloudflare offers, you can use the API to change it:
